Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and, unless stated otherwise, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and availability. We aim for accurate descriptions and images, but minor deviations are possible.

    5. Made-to-measure Elements

Ventilation elements ordered through the calculator are fabricated individually, to the dimensions and material you enter yourself. The dimensions you enter form the specification of the order and fabrication follows them.

The price is calculated from the price list in force at the time of ordering. Because of the nature of sheet-metal fabrication, minor deviations within the customary trade tolerances are possible.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the specification of the consumer — this is set out on the Returns & Complaints page. The right to complain about non-conformity remains in full.

    6. Complaints and Returns

Consumer rights and the complaint/return procedure are covered separately — see the Returns & Complaints page.

    7. Liability

The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights the consumer has under mandatory law.

    8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the competent court, following an attempt at amicable resolution.

A consumer dispute may also be resolved through out-of-court dispute resolution, before a body on the list kept by the competent ministry. The conditions are set out on the Returns & Complaints page.
